Sometimes life can become so overwhelming that we feel stuck and are unsure where to turn next. Sometimes in order to manage this stress, we turn to coping skills or patterns that are not helpful or healthy for us in the long run. For the past 15 years, I have worked with individuals to help them build awareness of any unhelpful patterns and behaviors that have gotten in way of living in line with their values and how they want to show up in their relationships and the world around them. My goal in therapy is to provide a safe and collaborative space for clients to explore both their strengths and their struggles with curiosity, gentleness, and self-compassion in order to move towards a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and connected. I have worked with adults who struggle with eating disorders, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, body image, relationship struggles, and difficult life transitions. Using an individualized approach, I incorporate the use of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness as main interventions to support my clients. I look forward to working with you.
