Welcome to Therapy by Design! We are a group of passionate therapists and social workers working together to support clients in a comprehensive way. Our beautiful office is located Downtown Salt Lake City where we provide a peaceful and inclusive space with spectacular views of the valley to set the stage for healing and growth. We serve clients of all ages- children through all stages of adulthood. We are skilled in treating individuals with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, PTSD and substance use, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, at others. We offer limited case management services at no additional cost. Our therapists have special interest and skill in working with individuals with ADHD, ASD, or substance use disorder and recovery. We work with individuals, couples, and families. We also have skill in supporting clients through grief and loss related to death of a loved one or one's own acute or chronic medical condition. We believe each person is doing the very best they can, in this moment and that "each journey begins with a single step".
