About

Are you feeling suicidal? Have you been in an abusive or bullying relationship? Do you struggle finding enjoyment in life? Are you and your spouse or partner having difficulty getting along and feel you are unable to communicate effectively? I am a licensed clinical social worker and credentialed as a mental health professional by the states of Washington and Idaho. I am trained and experienced in the areas of crisis intervention, conflict resolution and mediation, domestic violence, and various mood disorders. I have worked with both teenagers and adults.

I have spent many years working as a DV therapist and crisis intervention specialist. I am trained in helping people heal from traumatic events that are impacting their lives in hard ways. I teach communication tools and assist people in navigating interpersonal conflict and learning how to effectively communicate with one another.

As we partner in your journey towards healing, we will explore new coping skills, boundary setting, & discover your strengths as you move forward and achieve your goals, making use of your natural life systems as supports in your life journey. I am experienced in providing Christian counseling if requested.
