Currently accepting new clients! I have experience with a client base of all ages. My special interests lie in facilitating better communication and enriching relationships, breaking cycles of co-dependency, improving self-esteem and self-worth, and helping individuals achieve their life goals and visions. I work best with a client who has a desire to take part in the process, who has insight into their problems and who is willing to work in between sessions using therapeutic tools that I give them. Areas of expertise: Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Relational Issues, Women's issues, Codependency, Life Goals Attainment. My treatment philosophy is one of focused, respectful guidance. I listen for parts of the client that are in need of change, growth, or refinement, never with judgment and always with a sense of quiet determination. I work in a quiet, professional office setting that includes handicap access. The suite is within Willowdale Professional Office Complex, centrally located in the heart of South Hamilton, just a walk from the commuter rail.
