About

Deciding to seek out therapy is a courageous decision. I am glad you are here. You are not alone. Life is full of challenges, some we expect, and others that may catch us off guard. You may find it helpful to have support and guidance as you work on facing and addressing these challenges. I am a wife, a mom, and a professional. My hope is that knowing this allows you to feel like I am coming alongside you and you have a deep sense of being heard and understood on many levels. In our work together, my desire is that you will find practical, long-lasting ways of changing your relationships, experiences, and interactions.

I am a trauma-informed therapist and my work is influenced by attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), somatic psychotherapy, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in EMDR which is a therapeutic approach that uses eye movements to reprocess traumatic events so that the disturbing material is remembered and felt in a new and less distressing way.

Currently, I see individuals and couples on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I would love to speak with you and see if I would be a good fit to come alongside you as you explore your story.
