About

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, I hear you. If you want to make changes to live a happier and healthier life, I can help you do that! I don't tell people what I think they should do; I work collaboratively with folks to make small changes that add up so you can reach your goals, feel proud of yourself, and add to your coping skill toolbox. I am a licensed professional counselor with 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients and concerns, primarily in an acute care hospital setting. I'm not intimidated by mood swings, intrusive thoughts, anger, or substance use. You won't be "too much" for me. View 7 Photos

I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing approaches, helping you understand how your thoughts and feelings are impacting your life and finding opportunities that you actually want to pursue. Along the way I'll teach you how to use these skills on your own.

I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and am passionate about working with other LGBTQIA+ people, so I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for everyone. You are the expert on your own life, and I want to work alongside you to give you support and find meaningful solutions to your struggles.
