About

Although I am not accepting new clients at this time, past clients are welcome to return to counseling. Are you struggling but are fearful of change? Or are you ready to make changes but don’t know where to start in finding a therapist? Let me help you! Change is scary, but often necessary to achieve personal goals and overall happiness. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, helping people is my passion and I feel honored to assist others in identifying their strengths, capabilities and growth. I strive to create a safe place for my clients to identify, express and process their thoughts, feelings and emotions.

I will meet you where you are in your stage of change, provide a space to be heard and use a strength and reality based approach to tackle solutions to your problems. Together we will create a customized treatment plan with achievable goals and I will walk alongside you to provide support on your journey to self-discovery and acceptance.

I am competent in a wide range of mental health issues but specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I also have experience with substance use disorders and am trained in EMDR. I do not believe that therapy is “one size fits all” and will use an eclectic approach through evidenced based therapies.
