I help clients and their families change patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving them. In the therapy space, we will process your experiences, motivations, and beliefs to help you create the life you want to lead. I use a person-centered approach to build a supportive environment that emphasizes your strengths and goals. Most of my clinical experience has been with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, particularly those impacted by intimate partner violence. I am accepting clients of all ages and backgrounds virtually and in-person in the Charleston area.
