About

My therapeutic work is founded on the belief that it is possible to find fulfillment, belonging, and moments of joy in our daily lives. I approach therapy with deep curiosity, flexibility, humor, and compassion. I am a licensed clinical social worker and received my Master's of Social Work from the University of Vermont. I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of challenges including life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships, and loss.

I draw from an array of frameworks and collaboratively work with clients to identify which methods fit best for them. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, Narrative, and Psychodynamic therapies. I ground my work in client-identified goals and support clients in building tangible skills to use in their daily lives.

I love helping clients explore and change current thinking patterns and self-beliefs that no longer serve them. I am committed to providing an LGBTQIA+ affirming space that celebrates individuals of all identities. I enjoy working with adults, 18+. Please email or call to explore next steps together!
