I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State with 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, self-esteem struggles, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma. My approach to counseling is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in the power of active listening and always strive to treat each person with respect, empathy, and understanding. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and valued. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to name a few. My niche is Trauma-Informed Care, as I believe that trauma, in its many forms, affects each person uniquely. My goal is to help you process and heal from past experiences while guiding you toward building strength and resilience. I understand that seeking help can feel daunting, but please know that I am here to support you. Whenever you feel ready, I’m here to help you take the next step. No one should have to face life’s challenges alone!
