I have a passion for helping those who are struggling with navigating through some of life's tough challenges. My goal is to join in on the journey and help you face those tough challenges by developing lifelong coping skills in an environment that is accepting to your individualized needs. I have extensive experience in working with clients with depression, anger management, trauma, stress, life transitions, grief/loss, domestic violence, boundary settings, relationship issues, conflict management, parenting, behavioral issues, pre-martial counseling, and marriage counseling. I also offer a support group for couples or individuals dealing with infertility and loss. Other services include: Corporate Workshops, Group Facilitation, and Public Speaking Engagements.
