About

I believe counseling may include healing emotional wounds, developing coping skills and/or striving towards improving oneself. I work with clients who struggle with substance and alcohol misuse, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, race or gender related stressors and mood disorders. I have experience facilitating intensive outpatient groups and providing couples counseling. View 8 Photos

My counseling approach is client-centered, creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can freely explore their issues and work towards transformative change. I believe clients have within themselves a capacity to learn and grow from their own experiences as they develop meaningful, healthier and happier lives.

My goal as a therapist is to foster a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe in the power of a supportive therapeutic relationship to navigate life's complexities and unlock the potential for resilience and growth within each individual.
