While in full-time private practice as a Psychotherapist & Addictions Specialist for 24 years I engage in direct care to help individuals and families work through trauma and obstacles. Using a mindset of patience and understanding I help people learn to relax and cope with their worries, struggles and increase resilience. I offer individuals a process of change through which your health and wellness improves, live a self-directed life and strive to reach your full potential.
