I believe God designed us to be in community with one another and share in both the challenges and triumphs that life can bring. I find great joy in walking with others through their journeys and championing them towards healing. My ultimate goal is to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to experience your feelings and life challenges at your own pace while also facilitating deep reflection and positive change. We will work together to understand how your past has shaped you and how to work towards the life God has called you to. I treat clients ages 12+, individuals and couples. I treat concerns such as life transitions, pre-marital, interpersonal relationship issues, abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, diagnosis processing, and grief/loss by integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT & DBT with psychodynamic therapy. I also offer faith-based counseling as desired. Counseling is a collaborative journey, so my commitment to you is to be present and prepared, and I ask that my clients give their best to the therapeutic process. I became a counselor as I have experienced my own healing through the therapeutic relationship. I consider it an honor for you to trust me to walk with you through life’s greatest difficulties.
