Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
My name is Lani Hartnett (she/her/hers), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The world can be an overwhelming place, especially when we feel alone. While I incorporate aspects of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma focused CBT into my practice, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the single most important factor in therapy. In order to create positive change, you must feel comfortable to explore your experiences and your feelings. Our relationship will serve as an example of how to be your most authentic self, embrace vulnerability, and set healthy boundaries. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field helping children, adolescents, and adults. My style has been described as compassionate and affirming. I offer both in person and telehealth sessions to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, family conflict, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative environment so that together we can enhance your existing strengths, explore patterns in your relationships, and build healthy coping skills. If you feel like we would be a good fit, please reach out. I am eager to meet you!
