Hi my name is Lanee Ashton. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. At times we all face various challenges and transitions in life; the past years seemed to bring about new challenges and new feelings. Feelings of loss, uncertainty, anxiety, defeat or even being scared. You could possibly feel more alone than ever and want to seek help from someone you can trust. My philosophy as a therapist is to help you to become the person you desire; through accessing or developing the skills you need to live a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life despite the challenges you may face. As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I enjoy working with everyone in the family rather that is individually, as a couple or as a family unit. I like to explore with clients what is their overall goal, what have they done in the past what they feel like has worked and what has not worked, and build simple, attainable goals that will help them achieve their goals.
