About

Tuck Frump, now let's get to work. Despite what's going on in the news, don't give up hope. For over 15 years, I've been helping people find hope and empowerment in the face of terrifying systemic forces as well as anxiety, self-esteem issues, imposter syndrome, depression, adult ADHD, relationship issues, panic attacks, and big career changes. Build confidence, joy, and find your purpose. Improve your relationships and develop a better work life balance. I don't take myself too seriously, and I love making therapy easy, approachable, and non-judgmental. LGBTQ+, POC, and DEI friendly. View 19 Photos

I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, Gottman couples counseling, mindfulness, and the therapeutic benefits of humor. I'm Mexican-American, grew up in the Dallas area, and I'm a graduate of the Second City comedy theater in Chicago. My wife Chloe and I have been together for 20 years and we have 3 rescue chihuahuas!

If you love vinyl, The Office, or basic human rights, we should be a great fit! Shoot me a quick email and we'll get started. My schedule stays busy so I may not have time for intro calls and free intro sessions, but I promise that if I'm not a good fit for you and your needs, I'll help you find a therapist who is.
