Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience ready to offer therapeutic space to address the current challenges you may be experiencing in your life right now. I help clients who struggle with postpartum, ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Career Confusion or Grief/Loss. I utilize therapy modalities such as CBT and the psychodynamic theory to assist clients in gaining self-awareness, self-acceptance and develop coping skills. I have specific training in Behavioral Modification and Parent Coaching. I approach our time together in therapy through utilizing my knowledge & expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and parent coaching. I am both person-centered and solution focused. I value communication and collaboration and utilize both as I work together with my clients to discover and empower them to their fullest potential.
