About

I tend to work best with clients who are eager to do some deeper or longer-term work. I'm a sensitive guy myself so I also tend to work well with people who are more sensitive in nature. I specialize in helping with attachment trauma, life transitions, religious trauma, addictions, as well as anxiety and depression. I help people learn about their emotions and the brain and then use that information to our advantage in sessions. A lot of the time that looks like simply creating

I typically help clients work through relationship traumas and life transitions. I use a therapy that's known as EMDR to help process, or "digest," some of the big emotions that might have become stuck. Many of us were told to "suck it up" or move past our emotions, but that honestly ends up hurting more than helping us.

I know that finding a therapist can feel intimidating so it's my intention to make the experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. I always tell my clients that I can't believe it's my job to get to sit across from them and work as a teammate to them in their life struggles. It's a huge honor that you'd consider me as a potential therapist to work with.
