About

Sometimes dark places need flashlights. Early in my education to become a therapist, I learned being allowed to walk with someone during a dark time in their life is an honor. As a therapist it is my intention to earn that honor, to be a flashlight of sorts, and to help remove those emotional filters which often darken our experiences.

I have worked with veterans, domestic violence survivors, survivors of human trafficking, children, adolescents, autistic youth, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. My primary experience has been working with adolescents and at-risk youth. I am also a crisis specialist who works with first responders to help connect patients to services in the community.

My primary modality is Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I utilize a strengths-based client focused approach in which you are the expert in your own life and it is my role to guide you to positive outcomes you define.
