Hello my name is Lana Jamison and I am a licensed therapist serving KS and MO. I understand that life can be challenging. We are pulled in many directions and often give so much of ourselves to other people and the activities in our lives. It can feel overwhelming trying to balance it all! I work with individuals who regularly share concerns of exhaustion, worry, anger, stress, communication difficulties, resentment, and sadness. Engaging in a solution-focused, strengths-based approach to therapy can help us uncover and utilize the abilities we have and are likely already using in many areas of our lives. Sometimes taking the opportunity to discuss our concerns, priorities, and goals is an important step in getting our lives back to a more comfortable, positive place. I am excited that telehealth services are giving so many people the opportunity to engage in therapy. I look forward to learning about you and working together to create a plan for the improvements you desire and deserve.
