Sometimes, we need a little help in balancing all the demands that are placed upon us and that we place upon ourselves. Welcome to your journey to self re/discovery! You have taken a major step towards your goals even by reading this profile. As your Counselor, I see this as a collaborative process. Using a very kind, personable, authentic and non-judgmental approach, we will walk together as you discover your many hidden strengths along the way to hope and healing. I work with a wide range of populations and issues including but not limited to depression, infertility, infant/pregnancy loss, adjustment, anxiety, stress, relationships, grief/loss, trauma, LGBTQA+ issues, school issues and self-esteem. I have a particular and expertise interest in working with women of color, and people of color. I am looking forward to taking this journey with you with an empathetic ear and an open mind.
