About

Resilience, the ability to bounce back from adversity, is born through kindness and self compassion. Trauma, feelings of anxiety, depression, lack of hope or motivation, and disconnection can cause us to lose compassion for ourselves and others. We want to feel good, be active, and live the way we want to live but sometimes stress and adversity create roadblocks that stand in the way. “I can be changed by what happens to me. But I refuse to be reduced by it.” ― Maya Angelou. Welcome to Kind Minds - it takes bravery to seek therapy, I'm glad you're here!

At Kind Minds Counseling I offer a safe (cozy) comfortable space to reconnect with your compassion. A place to find your motivation, joy, and peace. I have 9 years of experience and training as a counselor in Oklahoma helping people who have experienced trauma, grief, relationship and attachment difficulties, and parent/child relationship problems.

When you come in to Kind Minds and take that brave first step you will be greeted with compassion, kindness, and acceptance. Relationship and fit are of utmost importance in therapy, contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we fit!
