I work with teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered, and attachment-based framework, I provide unconditional acceptance as clients explore the significance of their own story. My counseling approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, parts work, mindfulness techniques, and other experiential tools to foster growth and self-compassion. I am also trained in Brainspotting, which helps clients process emotions and heal from trauma. Prior to receiving my counseling degree, I spent over 10 years working in higher education in the realms of leadership development, curriculum design, and training. I combine my clinical mental health and educational backgrounds to guide others in pursuing the self-awareness that will allow them to live more meaningful and intentional lives. I believe that all individuals are the experts on their own life and the therapist is a partner in guiding them toward healing and peace. I know that taking the first step to reach out for help is a brave one, and I would be honored to journey with you. Please feel free to call or email if you're interested in setting up an appointment!
