I work from an emotion-focused, relationally-oriented, and culturally responsive stance. No matter the struggle or mental health challenge, everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and build a meaningful life. My expertise is in DBT, DBT for Couples and Families, Prolonged Exposure, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and evidence-based approaches for relational and complex trauma. My work includes individual psychotherapy, trauma treatment, and couple/family therapy. I am a licensed clinical psychologist affiliated with Stanford University's School of Medicine, where I specialize in treatments for high-conflict couples, PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, challenges related to aspects of identity, and difficulties with interpersonal relationships. Reaching out for help can feel daunting and it is important to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. The foundation of all good therapy is a positive relationship with your therapist.
