I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping you navigate through the challenges of life. My desire is to walk with you in life's most difficult times in order for you to receive healing, clarity, and peace. I aim to foster a caring, safe, and trusting environment to support positive growth. I have experience working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and adults dealing with emotional, spiritual, behavioral, and relationship concerns. I utilize a variety of approaches and methods in order to meet your unique needs and receive optimal benefit from your time in counseling. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, self-esteem, or any struggle life has thrown at you, taking the step to attend counseling is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. I am also certified in EMDR therapy and trained in IFS which can both be used as a method to treat a large variety of issues. We can work together in a comfortable and supportive environment to find a solution and meet your individual needs.
