About

Compassionate, and Integrative. Welcome! My approach to well-being and psychological health is influenced by over 15 years of experience applying science and best practices, and is also inspired by holistic psychologies that can be described as compassionate and genuine. This experience integrates "what works", along with an emphasis on authenticity and personal growth. Goals range from reduction of symptoms, improving day-to-day functioning (work/school), or exploring and uncovering parts of our deeper selves.

Major specialties includes addressing adult and child insomnias, and comorbid (“secondary”) insomnia. Child insomnia specialty includes sleep training support. To learn more about my insomnia services, I provide a free initial consultation by phone. In many cases, chronic (and lifelong) insomnia can be treated in 4-8 sessions.

My approach is particularly effective connecting with professionals, adolescents and others. For those needing to be productive, coping tools such as mindfulness can start to relieve stress. Therapy provides a space to speak to a non-biased third person that helps build trust and encourages honestly facing challenges ahead.
