About

Making the choice to seek and begin therapy is positive and courageous. It's often a valuable step toward resolving the issues that are blocking the pleasure and fulfillment you deserve. Are you feeling depressed or anxious? Poor body image? Do you have concerns about your sexual functioning? Issues with libido? Pain or discomfort with sexual activities? Having relationship difficulties? Struggling with sexual identity, orientation, or gender expression? Any or all of these can impact your overall well being. I aim to support your capacity to grow and change, feel grounded, and to live to your highest possibility!

I believe everyone is entitled to a healthy sexuality, emotional and physical safety, a positive view of self, and the right to express this self with authenticity. It is my goal to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can gain clarity, self-awareness, empowerment, and overcome personal challenges.

As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I specialize in Sex Therapy as well as working with the LGBTQI community, adults and youth, on an individual, couple, and family level. I specialize in relationship and sexual health/sexuality issues, committed to guiding and supporting you to be the best version of yourself and realize your goals.
