About

Often times the only way out is through. You don’t have to make that journey alone. I will teach you skills to cope with your immediate challenges and support you with identifying and processing past experiences that are interfering with the life you want to live. Change can be a scary process but I will be in your corner, cheering you on, helping you access your strengths and build on them to move forward. I work with a wide variety of issues & I have specialization in supporting people with alcoholic & dysfunctional families, navigating racial & cultural identity, trauma, ADHD, learning disabilities, blended families, & parenting.

My down-to-earth, accepting approach creates a space where people feel supported & empowered to take on their most difficult challenges & make lasting changes. I work holistically, collaborating with my clients, combining evidence-based therapies and over a decade of experience, fine-tuning therapy to work for the unique needs of each individual.

I have experienced many adversities in my life, and these experiences have given me a deeply held belief in the abilities of my clients to not only come out the other side, but grow stronger as a result. I help my clients move through pain & into lives they love.
