Accepting new clients I look forward to understanding your goals and values and offering the best scientific and humanistic practice to help you reach your desired outcomes. I have helped children, adolescents, transition-age youth and adults address traumatic experiences, loss, anxiety, depression, adjustment to psychiatric disability, and other stressful life transitions. My work is informed by the latest advances in neuroscience, collaborative problem solving, phase-oriented and component-oriented trauma therapies, family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness practice. I am an empathic, client-centered, strengths-based licensed clinical social worker with 18 years of experience providing collaborative trauma-informed care. I look forward to hearing from you.
