About

Together, with kindness and a bit of humor, I will help you sort through the messiness of life, empower your resilience, and find light in dark times. The process begins with exploring your own story – what brought you to this point, how you see yourself in the world, and the thought patterns that create your internal narrative. I believe that self-compassion provides the foundation for growth and strive to help you find comfort in being your authentic self and the "you" that you want to be.

My work is rooted in a holistic, person-centered approach to healing. I will treat you with empathy and create a non-judgmental environment in which you can feel safe and heard.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the George Washington University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, D.C. I offer both individual and couples therapy and have a special interest in anxiety, parenthood, relationships, women's health, and life transitions.
