I am energized by working with queer BIPOC femmes who are navigating life and wanting to get in touch with the inner confidence that sometimes gets lost. Especially for those who are children of immigrants or first generation cycle breakers - we can struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, betrayal of boundaries, or an unfamiliar relationship to self. I welcome all parts of you as we go on this journey with the self-compassion and softness you deserve. Maybe you are navigating stressors related to your love life, career, balancing personal and family responsibilities, and feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Together we may uncover underlying trauma or self-limiting beliefs, work on boundaries, explore and better understand your needs. Perhaps this is the first time that you are able to prioritize your mental health, which is a first step in investing and valuing YOU. Maybe you are returning to therapy.
