About

I am passionate about helping people get to know themselves more deeply and to find opportunities for growth in all circumstances. I believe deeply in the process of therapy and feel strongly that all of our experiences hold potential for growth and insight. I offer a compassionate and understanding perspective in an environment that values your confidentiality.

My Bachelor's degree focused on Child & Family Development and, in addition to my Masters in Counseling from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I completed a certificate in Play Therapy. I have a special interest in helping women navigate finding balance in career, family, and self.

My approach is collaborative and values what each individual brings to the therapy experience. Depending on the issues you choose to discuss, we will consider different solutions and explore how your experiences in the past may have contributed. These perspectives may include cultural messages, faith community messages, and family traditions.
