I long for vitality - for you, for me, for everyone. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they grow in self-compassion, identifying values, and boundaries. I am relational, engaged, trauma informed, feminist, & passionate about supporting folks in the LGBTQ+ community. I care deeply for those navigating spiritual upheaval and loss of belonging. I team up with you to create a supportive and safe environment within the counseling relationship to focus on your goals and needs.
