Hi there! My name is Kristy Gustavson, and I am the sole owner of Table for One LLC. I have been a practicing therapist for over 7 years. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to go along side you as you explore, heal, and embrace all sides of yourself. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship support, addiction, and identity exploration. I use a multi theoretical approach to counseling, incorporating DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness interventions to guide my practice. In addition, I focus heavily on relationships. Relationships with family, friends, and partners; as well as your relationship with yourself, your body, and your higher being.
