About

I have been practicing clinical social work with children, adults and adolescents for twenty-five years. I strive to provide treatment that is supportive, accepting and one that encourages each individual's unique personal exploration and growth. I use a relaxed, interactive and educational approach to treating depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and recovery, co-occurring disorders, parenting/family support and adjustment to life transitions.

My theoretical framework is grounded in structural family systems, lifespan development, attachment theory and internal family systems. I use interventions based on your individual needs and life experience combining elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I welcome the opportunity to discuss further what you are looking for in therapy. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation to discuss further how I can be of help.
