I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with all ages but specifically have a passion for working with adolescents and adults. I love to work with these populations to heal from past hurts and traumas and to work towards healthier mindset and emotions as they are growing in independence and self-awareness. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety to depression, trauma to attachment issues, relational issues to self-esteem issues. I also work with a therapy dog, Loki, who attends all sessions as emotional support. View 7 Photos I work with a systemic approach. Most of our worst hurts and hang ups were caused by someone else in our life, and it is often not until we seek healing in relationship that we can heal from relational wounds, even through relationship with me as your trusted counselor. I want to help you get to a place where all your relationships can be more fulfilling. I believe each person’s treatment will be different based on their needs and situation. My goal is to get to know you, help you to build trust with me and make the counseling room a safe space to express anything you need, and be able to then help you to meet your goals through the best process and interventions for you!
