Kristi has over 23 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions across the lifespan. She received her Masters degree from Syracuse University, and spent 10 years in community mental health in Northern NY. For the past 12 years she has been a part of a large group practice individual therapy to adults. Her primary interest is working with adult individuals who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and life stage changes. Kristi welcomes diverse populations and works to provide a safe space for anyone seeking therapy. I know that taking the step to reach out for therapy is a time of great vulnerability. It can be a time of feeling exhausted, defeated, overwhelmed, or lost. However, as your therapist, I see this as a step of incredible strength and determination. If I were to say one word that describes my approach it would be BALANCE. I work toward providing a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and embrace your humanness, and work toward finding a healthy balance in your perspective of self, relationships, and the world.
