I see every person's life story as unique and special. Approaching my clients with warmth, humor, and authenticity allows me to provide a compassionate approach to their specific challenges. I specialize in non-traditional relationship styles, blended families, and co-parenting. I draw from my experience as a Guardian ad Litem & domestic violence evaluator to support my clients during life changes such as traumatic divorce, criminal/legal, parenting, stepparenting, heartbreak, partnering, and marriage. My practice is gender and disability affirming, social justice oriented, and trauma-informed. LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous friendly. I enjoy exploring attachment styles, which examines patterns of survival strategies learned in early childhood and addressing how we can let go of what is no longer serving us. I use a variety of modalities to give me a deep understanding of my clients complexities and lived experience. One of the most important parts of the therapeutic process is a solid therapeutic relationship. My commitment to all of my clients is to honor their unique needs, identities, personalities, and stylistic preferences in our work. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, identity-affirming, positive, and nonjudgmental.
