Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Finding the right therapist can be a challenge, so I aim to offer a space where you feel comfortable, valued, and supported. It is both an honor and a privilege for me to walk alongside my clients as we work together to achieve your goals and foster meaningful change. I primarily use a client-centered approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities to serve your unique needs. My experience includes working with individuals dealing with performance issues in sports, as well as those facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, body image and eating concerns, grief, and life transitions.
