About

Life is a journey. How often have you heard that? As we find our road through life, we all need inspiration and guidance. Having an outside perspective to navigate that journey can help us view our path through a different lens. It is my goal as your therapist to create a safe, supportive, and accepting environment for you to share your story. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for therapy. Whether it's learning coping skills, practicing mindfulness, or just having someone to talk to, I get it. Life isn't easy and you don't have to tackle this journey alone. View 8 Photos

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to address complex life issues, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, adverse life events, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship issues, and substance use.

Therapy can be intimidating, but you've made the first big step of looking for help. Establishing a reassuring therapeutic relationship is a key part to having success with therapy. I offer a relaxing office space to talk. Let's get to know each other!
