About

Hi! I love working with individuals, families and human beings in all types of relationship structures. Many clients have worked with me on anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating relationships, family conflict, parenting challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, depression and improving their relationships with themselves. My counseling is about supporting you in the way that you need to be supported while empowering you to deeply tune into your authentic self. In my practice, I strive to co-create a compassionate, non-judgmental, open space in which we can collaborate to clarify goals, build healing, strengthen skills and cultivate resilience.

One of the therapies I offer is Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. This is a somatic, mindful approach that helps to connect mind and body and that helps individuals to regulate their nervous systems (which helps everything!) as well as to work towards healing from trauma if relevant. I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other types of therapies.

You can begin to guide your mind and body to “work” for you- rather than you “working” for it. I would love to explore the possibility of joining you on your journey. Please reach out if you have any questions for me or if you’d like to schedule a consultation to explore working together.
