About

We are wired to repeat deeply learned patterns that, at a certain point, no longer serve us. Whether it’s in your personal relationships, or your relationship with yourself, at times you may find yourself feeling stuck in a repetitive loop, with outcomes that feel undesirable or out of your control. Together we can identify and explore these patterns in order to define your goals and work towards meaningful growth.

I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults, as well as couples. I have experience working with a variety of clinical issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, perinatal and postnatal mental health, parenting, school/work stressors, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma.

I approach treatment through an attachment-based, trauma-informed, psychodynamic lens and collaborative framework, recognizing that you are the expert of your life experience. My role is to accompany you through insightful exploration in order to help increase self-awareness and self-compassion and bring about lasting change and healing.
