Valued Healing, LLC provides therapy for individuals and families, via telehealth, living in Lincoln County, San Juan County, and Bernalillo or Sandoval Counties of New Mexico. If you are struggling with feeling down, having low energy, or excessive worries, Valued Healing LLC can partner with you to feel better. If you or a loved one has difficulty with concentration, impulsivity, getting started on tasks, or sticking with tasks through challenges, we can help. Finally, if you or a loved one suffers from panic attacks, flashbacks, nightmares, abrupt mood changes, or feeling "always on edge," we are here to help. We understand it can be difficult to take the first step in seeking support, and we honor each person’s journey. Some of the clinical strategies that we use are examining one's own thoughts and beliefs, learning the neurobiology of our brains and our brains functioning as we go through life experiences, and much more. The owner and therapist at Valued Healing LLC is Kristen Mills.
