Life is full of struggles that we all face in our own way. In therapy, we can work together to understand & explore the challenges you face in your everyday life. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work to understand you in a deeper, more complete way. Together we can face your troubling thoughts, feelings, & behaviors. As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I will help you navigate your past experiences, thoughts, and emotions, in order for you to gain insight and address your current every day struggles. By recognizing patterns that continue to get in the way, we will open the door to new possibilities. I am experienced in working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, destructive patterns, grief, life transitions, and trauma. My training has been in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theory. I have worked in a variety of settings in my career thus far; most recently I have worked in a group practice environment as well as a community clinic setting. Taking the first step & reaching out can be the most difficult & courageous step. I provide a free phone consultation to new clients in order to assess our fit and your needs. We can work together as I guide you through an intimate exploration of your deepest thoughts & feelings. We can begin your therapeutic journey, where your goals & needs are addressed.
