Your mind is often grappling with the question of “am I good enough?” You are overwhelmed trying to navigate the day to day while feeling the impacts of trauma, anxiety, sadness, guilt, and/or anger. Relationships can be difficult; it is hard to feel safe and trust that you can depend on the people in your life. The weight of these challenges can take a toll on your daily life and overall wellness. You may yearn for a closer connection and effective communication in your relationship. You may also desire fulfillment in life, calmness in your day-to-day, and the capacity to sift through your stressors and cope. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and you-centered; I strive to create a space that invites exploration and curiosity. I offer evidence based trauma-informed care utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), while integrating cognitive and behavioral principles such as ACT, CBT, and mindfulness. Despite the many challenges life may bring, I want to remind you that you possess strength and resiliency. It’s possible to take back power over your trauma, instead of it having power over you. If you think we might be a good fit, reach out via email and I would be happy to schedule a free 15 minute phone consult. I look forward to working with you!
