If you are ready to rekindle the fire between you and your partner, or... If you are ready to whittle the last chips of wood to reveal the masterpiece of you, then you are in the right place. The relationship between client and therapist is important. I work to meet clients where they are, paying special attention to creativity and positive human potential. I seek to uncover and establish an empathic, trusting, and comprehensive relationship with each of my clients providing the context for understanding the challenges and difficulties that brings them into therapy. My clinical work focuses on mind-body awareness (Mindfulness) and interconnection, while also emphasizing mental health wellness not mental illness. I specialize in a variety of areas including: helping heal broken relationships, addiction transformation, and LGBTQ+. While I specialize in these areas, I also work with grief, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, and eating disorders. I have a doctoral degree, PhD, from Saybrook University in California. I have also attended universities in Colorado including the University of Colorado and Naropa University in Boulder. I currently teach meditation and tutor graduate level students in psychology and writing in addition to private practice.
