About

Welcome to my page! My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and direct when appropriate. I specialize in treating relational trauma and attachment wounds which often manifest as symptoms of anxiety, depression, issues with self esteem, codependency, compulsive behaviors, difficulty self soothing, and feeling uncomfortable or unsafe in your own body. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe), to tailor my approach to your unique needs. I utilize somatic and attachment focused techniques to help promote nervous system regulation and EMDR to process traumatic memories that keep you feeling stuck. Using this combined approach I help clients overcome trauma related symptoms, experience more internal peace and stability, and find confidence in their ability to cope.

If you're struggling with the weight of the past and feeling hopeless or disillusioned, know that you are not alone and there is hope. If you are ready to begin therapy but feel anxious about getting started, I would love to connect for a free 15 minute consultation call.
