I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing a range of presenting concerns. I work with those who are seeking support when experiencing stressors, life transitions or specific symptoms such as; anxiety, peer/social issues, challenges with developmental changes, depression, and trauma/PTSD. Others pursue psychotherapy as a way to deepen self-understanding and live a values-aligned life. I also work with clients in pursuit of living more intentional and fulfilling lives. I provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults using psychodynamic, play-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I have specialized training in working with children and adolescents, and I also offer parent/caregiver guidance to help caregivers support children's healthy development and navigate mental health challenges. Life is full of change and challenges, which bring up a range of feelings. While these moments can be difficult, they also can be opportunities for self-reflection, self-understanding, growth, and learning. Therapy creates a space for support and connection in navigating life's moments, big or small. I am grateful to be a part of my clients' journeys.
