We are all biologically wired to seek connection, love, belonging, and to be understood. Our internal messaging often tells us we are not good enough to receive these things because of the dominant culture we are in. In therapy, we can work together toward the belief that you are enough. Here, LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies will find a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore who you are, realize your full potential, find meaning, and increase serenity and joy. I am a queer therapist who works from an attachment-based/client-centered approach, which means I will meet you where you're at and support you through mapping where you want to go. This collaborative process begins with acceptance and curiosity, so you feel seen and empowered to advance your life and inspire new ways of identifying strengths and challenges. If you feel passionate about connecting to your authentic self and to feel like you belong no matter how you present in the world, the hope is that therapy can be the space to comfortably explore, understand, process, heal, and thrive. I welcome you to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation if you think we might be a good fit.
